Job Description:
Act as a liaison between International HR stakeholders and technology delivery teams, systematically gathering and documenting requirements, guiding product development, and ensuring successful product delivery and its viability and alignment with business and HR needs.
As a Product Manager for HR technology solutions, mainly in Workday and ServiceNow, you will:
Develop product vision by understanding the needs of the International HR customers and the technology strategy of the global HR Technology organization.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including International HR, architects, other product managers, and product owners.
Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, writing features, benefit hypothesis, and acceptance criteria, ensuring funding, leading trade-off discussions and negotiations, coordinating the delivery of features with respective Product Owners, and ensuring the final solution meets the business and HR needs.
Ensure product viability and alignment with business and HR goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the International HR customer, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.
Participate in the ART's Planning Intervals (PIs), support feature refinement, identify and mitigate related risks, and act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned HR technology products.
Required expertise and experience:
- 5+ years of experience coordinating project delivery with a minimum. 3 years of experience in coordinating software delivery projects
- Knowledge of the International HR landscape, functional HR needs, and challenges
- Knowledge and experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow software and functionality (ideally both)
- Experience in working with Agile concepts
- Proven track record in delivering products or solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction
- Proven track record in building quality business cases and value delivery validation
- Customer-centric way of working
- Ability and flexibility to work with employees from various cultures and across time zones (U.S., Europe, and India)
- High proficiency in English
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science or related field (desired)
- SAFe SA and SAFe APM certification (desired)
