Communicate effectively with senior leadership and external partners, especially in high-visibility initiatives. _Segment-Specific Expertise:_ + Understand the nuances of Business customer journeys, including procurement cycles, compliance needs, and service-level expectations. Tailor program delivery to meet these demands. **What You'll Need** + Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
