**Job Description:**
Shape and drive the technical product vision, strategy, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ensure alignment with market needs and deliver customer-focused software solutions that achieve key business objectives.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**
Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
+ **Technical Product Vision & Strategy:** Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
+ **Roadmap Planning & Stakeholder Collaboration:** Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap in close partnership with business, architecture, UX, and other product leaders.
+ **Product Development & Requirements Management:** Lead the product development process by creating detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and facilitate trade-off decisions among stakeholders.
+ **Customer-Centric Product Management:** Monitor product performance, advocate for the customer experience, and ensure products align with business goals and deliver high-quality user experiences.
+ **Sprint Planning & Subject Matter Expertise:** Participate in sprint planning, support ongoing feature refinement, and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products or product lines.
**Job Contribution:**
A seasoned professional and recognized expert, adept at solving complex challenges with broad and deep knowledge. Leads critical projects with strategic autonomy, influences executive decision-making, mentors junior staff, and implements long-term initiatives that impact the organization. Frequently collaborates with senior leadership.
Responsible for complex products or product lines. Brings proven experience in managing high-priority technical products and influencing strategic product decisions. May write user stories and set product direction at the team level; develop features and direction for multiple teams; or define epics and strategic direction for larger groups.
**Education & Experience:**
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required. Certifications may be required for specific areas.
