Job Summary


The Lead Technical Business Manager acts as a bridge between technology teams and business stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives, managing budgets, and ensuring technology projects align with business goals. This role combines technical understanding with business acumen to maximize value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for technology projects.Collaborate with technical and business leaders to define project scope and objectives.Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution.Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support investment decisions.Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business units.Mentor junior business managers and contribute to organizational strategy development.

Qualifications

​Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or related field.Proven experience in managing technology projects and business operations.Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and business strategy.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP).Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.

Our Lead Technical Business Manager, earns between $106,100.00 - $178,200.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
