Lead Tech Product Mgr
**Job Description:** **Overall Purpose:** Define and drive the technical product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with market demands, and delivering customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives. **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • **Technical Product Vision and Strategy:** Develop product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. • **Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration:** Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers. • **Product Development and Requirements Management:** Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support trade-off discussions and negotiations. • **Customer-Centric Product Management:** Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring a high-quality user experience. • **Sprint Planning and Subject Matter Expertise:** Participate in sprint planning, support feature refinement, and act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines. **Job Contribution:** An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.
