1. 指揮並監督工人，以控制工程的執行進度與施工品質。

2.與承包商及設計師共同商量，討論及解決如工作程序、抗議和建築問題等事務。

日常工作內容

1. 預先檢查分包廠商施工前之準備工作。

2. 確實填寫監工日報表，以留下詳實工程進行的記錄資料。

3. 進行進場材料品質之點收、存放、使用查驗及結算。

4.要求施工單位確實按圖施工以符合施工設計。

5. 進行各分包廠商完成工程之驗收與結算。

成功所需的條件
1. 各工作項目介面協調/整合

2. 其他關連標介面溝通/協調/建議處理方式.....等專案管理相關作業
