We are seeking a Dedicated and Reliable very loving caring Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in childhood experience AND Committed to fostering, nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children. Duties

Be a very caring motherly type teacher for kids Be a team player and work as one positive team Implement STEM lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards ( course material provided) Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships and support child development. Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions among students. Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that reflects  your value and early childhood education standards Experience

Previous experience working in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential. Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques. Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
