Responsibilities: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that promote holistic development. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all students. Assess and monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student development. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through interactive activities. Requirements: State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a teaching role, preferably in a preschool setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and curricula. First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
