About Us
The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Lead Teacher to support and guide preschool-age children in a warm, engaging, and developmentally rich learning environment. Our program is built around hands-on exploration, social-emotional learning, and a curriculum designed to help every child grow with confidence.
This role is ideal for an ECE-certified educator who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to delivering high-quality care and instruction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee a preschool classroom, ensuring a structured, safe, and nurturing learning space.
Implement The Learning Experience curriculum with a focus on early literacy, social development, problem-solving, and creativity.
Support individual learning needs and track developmental progress.
Communicate regularly with families to share updates, milestones, and observations.
Partner with assistant teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive, collaborative classroom environment.
Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
ECE certification required in Massachusetts.
At least 6 months of classroom teaching experience (1 year preferred).
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
