What You’ll Do:
Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth
Foster a positive classroom environment that supports each child’s development
Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
Maintain daily communication and documentation of children’s progress
Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety standards
Qualifications:
CO Early Childhood Certification or equivalent required/preferred
CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Passion for nurturing young learners and guiding classroom assistants
