**Overall Purpose:**
Responsible for leading processes related to sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier candidates to meet staffing needs and organizational objectives.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
**Full-Cycle Recruiting:** **Leading full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, event management, candidate engagement, interviewing and onboarding for domestic and/or international roles.**
**Offer Management:** **Extending job offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring candidates are well-informed about the offer details. Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure new employees have a seamless onboarding experience.**
**Compliance and Reporting:** **Ensuring recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal policies and preparing necessary reports for management.**
**Other Duties as Assigned:** **Leading processes related to employer branding and marketing, Management or Non-Management (union bargaining) full cycle support, understanding hiring needs, maintaining recruitment metrics, data analysis, building talent pipelines, providing consultation, training & mentoring, and/or event management.**
**Job Contribution:** **An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. **Education/Experience:** **Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of experience in related experience.**
**The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:**
**Experience:** **5+ years of experience in early career recruiting and/or student recruitment, including sourcing, campaigning, and event management. Direct experience or strong knowledge of early career programs and initiatives.**
**Collaborative Skills:** **Proven track record of strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work creatively within a team environment or independently to ensure overall success.**
**Creative and Strategic Thinking:** **Demonstrated experience executing recruitment strategies and driving candidate or student engagement.**
**Recruiting Champion:** **Resourceful go-getter with strong organization and presentation skills to authentically attract quality talent. Well-versed in full-cycle hiring processes and best practices within the early career recruitment space.**
**Working Conditions:**
**Full-time, office-based. Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.**
**Domestic travel will be required up to 15% to attend recruiting events and/or conferences during high volume period.**
Our **Lead Talent Acquisition - Early Careers** earns between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
