Design applications, platforms or services by translating core business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions, ensuring functional, performance, and reliability through hands-on system design, technical enablement, and strategic decision-making across platform, network, software, and cloud environments. **What you’ll do** Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: + Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise wireless networks using Aruba Wireless solutions (controllers, access points, AirWave, ClearPass, etc.). + Implement, configure, and manage Silver Peak SD-WAN solutions for secure and optimized WAN connectivity. + Perform site surveys, wireless assessments, and recommend improvements for coverage, capacity, and performance. + Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot wireless and SD-WAN environments, resolving incidents and performance issues. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless and SD-WAN solutions with network security and other infrastructure. + Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in wireless and SD-WAN technologies. **What you’ll need** + Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. + 5+ years of related experience. + Certification is required in some areas. **What you’ll bring** + An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. + Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. + Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership. **Supervisor:** + No **TCP Career Step Differentiator:** + Designs systems and platforms for large complex projects that have multiple system interdependencies.
