Job Title: Automation EngineerJob Description

The Automation Engineer will be responsible for integrating, automating, and troubleshooting systems for a diverse range of clients. This role involves modifying code in Rockwell and overseeing projects from start to finish. While typically managing one project at a time, there may be instances where multiple projects are handled concurrently.

ResponsibilitiesInterface with clients in design meetings and conference calls.Collaborate with the project team, leading less experienced engineers and taking direction from the project manager or lead engineer.Program controllers using Rockwell and Siemens platforms.Design electrical control cabinets and panels.Test system configuration to verify functions.Travel to client sites for project meetings and system commissioning.Essential SkillsProficiency in automation and PLC systems.Experience with Rockwell and Siemens control systems.Strong controls engineering skills.2-8 years of engineering experience.Minimum of 2 years working with Rockwell platforms.Additional Skills & QualificationsEngineering Degree.Experience in panel wiring, panel design, and electrical design.Willingness to travel up to 25%.Work Environment

The position is based in a clean office space, with occasional opportunities to see products come to life in a manufacturing environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
