This role involves leading engineering teams, managing system architecture, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead system engineering projects from design through deployment and support. + Architect and implement scalable, secure, and resilient system infrastructures. + Coordinate with software development, network, and operations teams for seamless integration. + Develop and enforce system engineering best practices and standards. + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. + Manage technical documentation and conduct system reviews. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. + Extensive experience in system engineering and architecture leadership. + Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, virtualization, and cloud environments. + Experience with automation tools, scripting, and configuration management. + Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and lead teams. + Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
