**Job Title: Lead Swiss Machinist** **Job Description** As a Lead Swiss Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating L12 and L20 machines, programming new and existing parts using Esprit or Solidcam software, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will mentor and train Swiss machinists and operators, work with prototype and R&D parts, and utilize inspection equipment for tight tolerance visual inspections.
