Essential Responsibilities

Lead supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellenceTrack metrics & works quality improvement plans to address problem areasReview and approve quality plans, investigate quality escapes to provide root cause analysis and ensure effective corrective actions are takenMentor suppliers in the application of quality tools & requirements Ensure compliance, and drive improvement plans where neededReview documentation and witness supplier practices to determine if sound manufacturing and inspection principles are in placeParticipate to Weekly review and Monthly operative review when it is needed Qualifications/RequirementsEngineering Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or collegeStrong experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Shop Operations, Materials or SourcingFluent in EnglishWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
