Job Title: Racking System Installer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Racking System Installer to join our team for a dynamic project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong assembling and installing racking systems, with a focus on precision and quality control. This role involves leading a team and ensuring the correct installation and maintenance of systems using various tools.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble and install racking systems using power drills, impacts, and hand tools.Ensure proper installation by measuring distances between racks.Perform spot quality checks to ensure racks are installed correctly.Drill holes into steel to attach bolts.Conduct general labor, maintenance, and repairs.Essential SkillsExperience leading a team of 4-5.Hand and power tool experience.1 year of general labor and assembly experience.Mechanically inclined.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in similar projects such as racking installation or construction labor.Construction experience and working at heights.Ability to work independently without constant supervision.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The position is located on-site from Monday to Friday, with a requirement to be punctual at 6:45 AM. You'll be working in an industrial setting, specializing in material handling and storage solutions. The role requires wearing PPE, including hard hats, steel-toed shoes, and safety vests. Training and advancement opportunities are available for dedicated individuals.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
