Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Structures Technician to guide a skilled team in executing projects with minimal supervision. This role involves leading up to four team members, managing tasks, resources, and documentation to ensure project success while maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of up to four people.Run projects with minimal supervision.Assign tasks, tools, and resources to team members.Direct and monitor team activities throughout the day.Prioritize jobs and manage timelines effectively.Ensure safety protocols are followed by the team.Make daily micro-decisions to support project progression.Report resource needs and safety issues.Perform repairs and modifications, focusing on avionics supports, skin doubles, and building mounts and racks for radio brackets.Opportunity for travel if required.Essential Skills
10+ years of experience in MRO/AMO.8+ years in heavy modification.Experience with heavy C-checks.Proficiency in English reading and writing.Licensed AME S or M2 with structures experience.Experience with controlled goods, helicopters, C130, 737, composites, and B737.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with controlled goods.Experience with a fleet of helicopters (47s and 61's), C130s, and 737's (classics or next gens).Experience with business class jets.Composite and lead hand experience.Lift, first aid, fuel cell, restraint, man lift, and boom lift training.Comfortable working at heights.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Join a dynamic team of approximately 30 people working shifts of 2 weeks on and 1 week off. Shifts run from 6 am to 4:30 pm with 8-22 people working at any time. Employees often work 6 days a week, with overtime available. The work involves minimal bench work and requires physical activity such as stooping, working on the floor, and kneeling. Contractors stay in company accommodations, with alternatives provided if necessary. Enjoy the convenience of a company shuttle and vehicles for commuting and personal errands after hours.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
