**Overall Purpose**
Manage projects on sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting while leveraging data analysis and market insights to optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth.
**What you’ll do**
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ **Strategic Sales Planning:** Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to align with business objectives, improve productivity, and achieve sales targets.
+ **Budgeting and Forecasting:** Manage planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using historical data, market trends, pipeline analysis, booking estimates, and key performance indicators to support the sales organization.
+ **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to generate insightful reports, respond to sales inquiries, and guide decision-making and strategy development.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to create strategic sales proposals, facilitate communication, and ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies.
+ **Process Improvement and Issue Resolution:** Identify inefficiencies in sales processes, recommend and implement improvements, and resolve issues to enhance sales operations and achieve maximum efficiency.
**What you’ll need**
+ Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
+ 5+ years of related experience.
+ Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Strategic Sales Planning Manager, earns between $118,800 - $178,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
