We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Consulting team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Support client engagements as part of our strategic risk team for a broad range of industries

Perform and develop a wide variety of financial and statistical analysis to help Marsh’s clients

Demonstrate knowledge and lead work around risk quantification ranging from maximum loss analysis to delayed start up

Develop tools and templates to support improved efficiency such as statements of work, excel based models, powerpoint and powerbi

Work alongside team members across different sub-practices and LOBs as needed

Support client retention and growth of the SRC team

What you need to have: 

Degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or related fields. MBA is preferred.

3-7 years of experience in consulting or similar field

Strong execution skills with a successful track record.

Research and analytical skills with the ability to clearly and articulately identify and define problems and develop creative solutions to address client needs

Communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to develop presentations

Proven relationship management skills with ability to interact, establish credibility and engender trust with a wide range of professionals internally and externally

What makes you stand out:

Experience with analytics, loss analysis, and captive operations / pro formas and similar entities

Knowledge of commercial insurance lines

Familiarity with actuarial methodologies and analysis

Experience with maximum foreseeable loss or probably maximum loss analysis

Experience with financial models and pro forma analysis

Ability to identify multi-dimensional client issues and leverage internal expertise to develop integrated risk management solutions

Coding / programming skills for template development (Python, R, etc.)

Familiarity with delivering presentations both internally and externally
