Tech@Lilly Specialist - shift provides timely system support services to manufacturing operation or other assigned areas, also assist Tech@Lilly System SME to deploy or implement computer system solutions in support of the business goals. This position should work closely with process team to provide timely system support and/or complete computer system related activities. This position should ensure that computer systems support compliance with corporate and regulatory quality assurance and asset protection.
根据Tech@Lilly知识库解决问题，并遵守制造问题上报流程上报给Primary Loop.
Computer system issue trouble shooting, resolve issue following Tech@Lilly knowledge base, and escalate to Primary Loop following manufacturing issue escalation process, including issues of computer system and hardware
遵循流程执行例行的MES中的车间设备状态更改等
Execute routine IT change request following process, e.g shop floor equipment status change in MES, etc
所有问题解决都必须遵循流程，包括在Service Now中记录问题、在与运营团队确认后创建与计算机系统问题相关的观察项。并定期对发生的问题进行回顾，必要时梳理成知识库供后续参考。
All issue solve must following process, including recording the issue in Service Now, and creating Observation related with computer system related issue in shop floor after aligned with process team. Periodically review all incidents and add into KB for reference if necessary.
解决计算机系统问题时，与其他Zero Loop部门配合，并在其故障排除（例如，配方下载问题）时支持其他Zero Loop部门.
Work with other Zero Loop functions when resolving computer system related issues and support other
Zero Loop functions on their troubleshooting, eg recipe download issue.
对其他部门Zero Loop成员和一线员工进行计算机系统功能的培训和指导，但仅限于与药物生产无关的领域，包括MES，Insulin Book，IPC Book，GRIP，OSI PI等
Educate, coach and reinforce other Zero Loop functions and the front-line staff on computer system functions but limited in the area not related with making medicine execution, including MES, Insulin Book, IPC book, GRIP, OSI PI, etc.
参加Zero Loop的例行活动并代表Tech@Lilly发言，包括Zero Loop例行会议，PVP，walk through等。
Participate Zero Loop team’s routine activities and speak on behalf of Tech@Lilly, including Zero Loop
regular meeting, Practice versus Procedure, walk through, etc.
Tech@Lilly团队与Zero Loop团队之间的协调，包括通过轮班交接报告分享与计算机系统相关的问题/变更请求以及自己所在班次的生产进度，与Zero Loop团队沟通计划停机时间以进行系统升级和维护，以及与Tech@Lilly SME沟通Zero Loop团队提出的与计算机系统相关的问题/需求题等。
Coordinate between Tech@Lilly team and Zero Loop team, including sharing computer system related issues / change requests and manufacturing progress on their shift to Tech@Lilly team via shift handover report, sharing with the Zero Loop team on the aligned outage time for system upgrades and patching, and communicating with Tech@Lilly SME on the computer system related concerns / requests raised by the Zero Loop team, etc.
