Job Description
The Leads Specialist will play a crucial role in collecting and consolidating leads from various sources such as tradeshows, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns. This individual will research and distribute leads to the appropriate sales personnel, ensuring the sales team is equipped to follow up efficiently. Additionally, the role involves ensuring clients have all necessary products for trade shows and special events, as well as entering and tracking orders from shipment through to delivery.
Responsibilities
Collect and consolidate leads from various sources including tradeshows and website inquiries.Research leads and assign them to the appropriate sales team member with all relevant information.Ensure clients are provided with necessary products for trade shows and special events.Enter orders and monitor their progress through shipment and delivery.Skills and Qualifications Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formuals)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Work Environment
This position is based onsite in Oshkosh, with some hybrid work flexibility available. The role offers a 6-month contract with the possibility of conversion, subject to business needs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
