If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and are committed to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction, be part of a high-performing team that values safety, innovation, and customer service making a meaningful impact on the travel experience of our associates and executives.What you'll do...Oversee the scheduling of aircraft and flight crews for domestic and international missions, ensuring optimal resource allocation and compliance with all regulations.Analyze aviation resource availability, anticipate short- and long-term impacts, and communicate results to key stakeholders.Assess aircraft entry requirements for global destinations, including documentation, insurance, and permits.Provide expert scheduling guidance and operational risk analysis, proactively monitoring weather, crew fatigue, airport complexity, and equipment needs.Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international aviation laws and regulations.Develop and execute action plans, offering expert advice and supporting best practices across the team.Oversee risk analyses for normal, irregular, and emergency operations, making recommendations to enhance safety and efficiency.Brief flight crews on operational changes, coordinate flight operations, and provide afterhours and emergency response support.Build strong relationships with customers, flight crews, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and 24/7 point of contact.Mentor, train, and develop associates, fostering a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
