**Overall Purpose**
Optimizes procurement strategies by managing, negotiating, monitoring, and sourcing contracts to ensure cost-effective and efficient supply chain operations.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ **Contract Negotiation and Management:** Lead negotiations for contracts. Manage contract modifications and ensure compliance with terms and conditions, aligning with organizational goals.
+ **Procurement Strategy Development:** Formulate and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness, including market research and sourcing new suppliers.
+ **Management:**
+ Manage relationships. Assess performance and handle commercial contract issues, including licensing agreements, invoicing, and receivables.
+ **Risk Management and Compliance:** Identify potential supply chain risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
+ **Performance Monitoring and Process Improvement:** Continuously monitor procurement performance metrics, prepare reports for strategic decision-making, and identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. **Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
+ 5+ years of related experience required.
+ Certification is required in some areas.
**Preferred Previous Experience Sourcing and contracting of network hardware, software, and security solutions.**
**Compensation & Benefits**
Our Lead Sourcing Management earns between $105,600 and $158,400 USD annually. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
