Manage contract modifications and ensure compliance with terms and conditions, aligning with organizational goals. + **Procurement Strategy Development:** Formulate and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness, including market research and sourcing new suppliers. + **Management:** + Manage relationships. Assess performance and handle commercial contract issues, including licensing agreements, invoicing, and receivables. + **Risk Management and Compliance:** Identify potential supply chain risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies. + **Performance Monitoring and Process Improvement:** Continuously monitor procurement performance metrics, prepare reports for strategic decision-making, and identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. **Job Contribution** An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership. **Supervisor:** No **Education & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. + 5+ years of related experience required. + Certification is required in some areas. **Preferred Previous Experience Sourcing and contracting of network hardware, software, and security solutions.** **Compensation & Benefits** Our Lead Sourcing Management earns between $105,600 and $158,400 USD annually.
