Overall Purpose

Optimizes procurement strategies by managing, negotiating, monitoring, and sourcing contracts to ensure cost-effective and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Contract Negotiation and Management:
Lead negotiations for contracts. Manage contract modifications and ensure compliance with terms and conditions, aligning with organizational goals.Procurement Strategy Development:
Formulate and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness, including market research and sourcing new suppliers.Management:Manage relationships. Assess performance and handle commercial contract issues, including licensing agreements, invoicing, and receivables.Risk Management and Compliance:
Identify potential supply chain risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.Performance Monitoring and Process Improvement:
Continuously monitor procurement performance metrics, prepare reports for strategic decision-making, and identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.Job Contribution

Our Lead Sourcing Management earns between $105,600 and $158,400 USD annually. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
