As a Lead Solutions Analyst - Product Owner in Asset Management Technology working directly with the Global Real Estate business, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical product delivery.  JP Morgan Asset Management – Real Estate is one of the world’s leading global real estate investment managers with over $80 billion of assets under management. The platform has more than 200 dedicated real estate professionals and over 45 years of experience managing institutional real estate. 

You will be joining a team of approximately 20 product and engineering individuals building industry leading tools across the real estate lifecycle.  You will own and manage the development of proprietary products utilized by our business in support of a vast portfolio of real estate investments that include both equity and debt positions across all major asset classes as well as extended sectors.

Your ability to understand applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert, you'll navigate ambiguity, manage change efficiently, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

6-8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent expertise in solutions/business analysis, product management, or a related fieldStrong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projectsHands on experience working with business leaders to identify innovative solutions that meet business strategy and introduce a competitive advantageProven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.  Ability to drive consensusExperience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies including usage of JIRAAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience implementing, operating, and customizing third-party toolsThink and act as an owner- feel accountable and dig in to drive desired business outcomes
