As a Lead Solutions Analyst in  Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions.

Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibilityTranslate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalabilityDefine system capabilities (the ‘What’) based on scope and elaboration with Product and Operations PartnersConduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategyContinuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on business analysis concepts and 5+ years applied experience.Experience  in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or business analysis in payments technologyDemonstrated proficiency in payments technology platforms, including hands-on experience with major clearing market infrastructuresAdvanced knowledge of ISO 20022 and SWIFT messaging, with experience in developing and interpreting data modelsStrong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiencesAdvanced knowledge of FedWire and CHIPS paymentsStrong collaboration and relationship management skills to work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders to gain buy-in and drive progressWorking knowledge of data dictionaries/controlled vocabularies, Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, challenging environmentAbility to work independently, and also taking a managerial role for payment solution analystsExcellent analytical & problem solving skills
