As a Lead Solutions Analyst in Corporate Investment Bank Payment Technology, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. Your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert, you'll navigate ambiguity, manage change effectively, and communicate compellingly with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.
This role is for a Business Analyst responsible for requirement analysis, testing and providing solutions for Global Liquidity platform. The candidate will be expected to perform data analysis, create and maintain requirement documentation, help with testing (exploratory manual testing and automated acceptance testing), work closely with product owners and application developers to develop end user applications and data feeds within the Global Liquidity Technology Services Architecture. Development will take place in a continuous integration environment leveraging tools and processes to ultimately increase the control, quality and business value of the development team products, adhering to Lean & Agile delivery methodologies.

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related fieldExperience using tools like JiraDemonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platformsAdvanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insightsProven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutionsStrong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects
