As a Technical Solutions Analyst Lead in Corporate & Investment Bank Payments Technology Team, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will enable you to navigate complex situations and manage dependencies effectively. Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibilityTranslate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalabilityConduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategyContinuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Extensive experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related fieldExperience in eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirementsDemonstrated proficiency in data fluency, including experience with data extraction, interpretation, and making data-informed decisionsDeveloping technical fluency in relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies, with a curiosity to continuously expand technical knowledgeExperience in data visualization and analytics, including understanding of vendor products and managing vendor relationsStrong written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively translate complex information for diverse stakeholder audiences Translate requirements into User stories in JIRA with clear Definition of ready and Acceptance criteria.Interface with technical, architect and product teams breaking down requirements.Demonstrate proficiency with JIRA, pulling reports and creating dashboards.
