At AT&T, you won’t just imagine the future—you’ll build it. **What you’ll do:** • **Support Value Stream Execution:** Ensure seamless execution of value streams and collaborate with the Value Management Office (VMO) for alignment and support. • **Facilitate Solution Events:** Organize and lead ART/PM Syncs, Solution Planning, Retrospectives, Problem Solving Workshops, and System Demos to ensure coordinated progress. • **Remove Impediments:** Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder solution delivery to maintain an efficient workflow. • **Assess and Improve Solution Maturity:** Evaluate solution maturity, provide coaching to enhance agility, and foster continuous improvement in collaboration with Lean Agile Centers of Excellence (LACE). • **Communicate and Visualize Metrics:** Monitor and share solution metrics internally and externally to ensure transparency and informed decision-making. **What you’ll need:** Align and optimize the execution of value streams across multiple teams-of-teams and external suppliers by managing dependencies, removing impediments, and ensuring continuous improvement within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. **What you’ll bring:** An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge.
