**What you’ll do:**
• **Support Value Stream Execution:** Ensure seamless execution of value streams and collaborate with the Value Management Office (VMO) for alignment and support.
• **Facilitate Solution Events:** Organize and lead ART/PM Syncs, Solution Planning, Retrospectives, Problem Solving Workshops, and System Demos to ensure coordinated progress.
• **Remove Impediments:** Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder solution delivery to maintain an efficient workflow.
• **Assess and Improve Solution Maturity:** Evaluate solution maturity, provide coaching to enhance agility, and foster continuous improvement in collaboration with Lean Agile Centers of Excellence (LACE).
• **Communicate and Visualize Metrics:** Monitor and share solution metrics internally and externally to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.

Align and optimize the execution of value streams across multiple teams-of-teams and external suppliers by managing dependencies, removing impediments, and ensuring continuous improvement within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.

**Education/Experience:**
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 5+ years of related experience. Certifications required: SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

Our Lead Solution Train Engineer, earns between $128,400-$192,600 USD Annual , Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
