 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related fieldDemonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platformsProven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutionsStrong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projectsProficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Visio, Excel and PowerPoint)Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modelling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-makingKnowledge of financial payments and commercial account/liquidity productsHands-on experience of advanced data visualization and presentationStrong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiencesAdvanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives
