As a Lead Software Engineer - Front-End Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank, you will be a part of a flat-structure organization. Your responsibilities are to deliver end-to-end cutting-edge solutions in the form of cloud-native microservices architecture applications leveraging the latest technologies and the best industry practices. You are expected to be involved in the design and architecture of the solutions while also focusing on the entire SDLC lifecycle stages.

Job responsibilities:
Integrate and deliver AI-powered features into customer-facing applications (on mobile/web).Collaborate with AI and platform teams to ensure seamless and secure user experiences when interacting with AI services.Create and maintain clean, efficient, and reusable codebase.Conduct thorough testing to ensure robustness and reliability of applications.Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth application functionality.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide progress updates.Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and code reviews.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile development.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and workflows.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
