Job Responsibilities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on Java development concepts and 5+ years applied experience leading Java dev team and hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityIn-depth knowledge of designing and building Cloud native application (AWS) Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life CyclePossess advanced understanding of agile methodologies and their application in project management and development processesDemonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud)In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systemsPractical cloud native experiencePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsLeverage AWS services, including ECS, EKS, and Lambda, to design, deploy, and manage scalable and efficient cloud-based applications within the software development lifecycleUtilize Kafka and AWS MSK to implement robust data streaming and processing solutions, enhancing real-time data handling capabilities Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance efficiency and streamline the software development lifecycleIntegrate application resiliency practices to ensure robust and reliable software performance throughout the development lifecycleIncorporate security measures and best practices at every stage of the software development lifecycle to safeguard applications and data
