We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer based in Bangalore with strong technical and business skills to drive high quality integrations and accelerate the time to go-live process for our clients. 

You will hold a deeply customer oriented voice within the company and work with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements, solve challenging and complex problems, and improve our product offerings. 

This is a first-of-its-kind role within our business, which requires flexibility, adaptability, a self-starter mindset, and a can-do attitude. We’re looking for a well-rounded candidate that can both set the right long-term client and solution engineering strategy and engagement model, as well as roll up their sleeves and not shy away from day-to-day relationship management. 
 

Job Responsibilities:

Lead clients through technical integrations of products across our portfolioCollaborate with software engineering and product teams to expedite product adoptionAdvise and document best practices around integrations using our APIsEnable customers to configure and integrate with our products and servicesPartner with engineering teams to gain a deep technical understanding of our products and roadmapAnalyze and validate client business requirements, translating them into technical specificationsCapture and communicate product feature needs to internal teams, championing enhancementsInvestigate and resolve customer technical queries, debugging issues in staging and development environmentsParticipate in product and software release cycles, including testing and QA processesSupport internal sales activities, including kick-offs, planning pitches, and sales demosCommunicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:Demonstrate strong technical and coding backgroundShow customer-facing experience as a client engineer, integration engineer, solution architect, technical consultant, software engineer, or similar roleExhibit fluency in reading, writing, and understanding software in multiple programming languagesDisplay experience integrating RESTful APIs and webhooksPossess excellent verbal and written communication skillsPresent strong presentation skills and the ability to think on your feetExplain complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesApply analytical and problem-solving skills in technical environmentsWork effectively in cross-functional teamsManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentMaintain a proactive and solution-oriented approach
