Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Formal training or certification in software engineering conceptsExperience leading technologists to solve complex technical challengesHands-on experience with Content Management Systems, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe productsExperience managing software engineering teams to deliver production-grade solutionsExperience guiding teams to achieve objectives aligned with strategic initiativesDemonstrated coaching and mentoring experienceProficiency in Java, REST services, Spring, and Spring BootProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ReactAbility to collaborate with stakeholders and independently solve design and functionality challengesPractical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent customer focus and communication abilities
