Position Summary

We are seeking an L4 Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Angular, Python, and RDBMS (SQL/PostgreSQL), along with hands-on experience in LLM/GenAI applications and data warehouse databases such as Redshift, Snowflake, or Databricks. This role requires a blend of hands-on development, strong OOP fundamentals, experience building AI-powered applications, and the ability to lead a small team while collaborating closely with Technical Architects on design and architectural decisions.

Job Responsibilities Build and maintain full stack applications using Angular (frontend) and Python (backend) with integrated AI/ML capabilities Design and develop GenAI-powered agents and intelligent automation systems using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar) Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector database integrations for context-aware AI applications Design, optimize, and maintain RDBMS (SQL/PostgreSQL) and data warehouse solutions (Redshift/Snowflake/Databricks) Write efficient SQL for both transactional and analytical workloads Build and optimize LLM orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering strategies, and agent evaluation systems Apply strong OOP principles and follow coding best practices across the development lifecycle Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and ensure delivery quality Collaborate with Technical Architects on system design, AI/ML integration patterns, and technical decisions Own and deliver AI-powered modules end-to-end with high quality, reliability, and maintainability Implement monitoring, evaluation, and observability for LLM-based systems Education BE/B.TechMaster of Computer ApplicationWork Experience 5–8 years of relevant full stack development experience in production environments 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLM/GenAI application development Proven experience leading small engineering teams (2–3 members) with demonstrated mentorship capabilities Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams Self-motivated with ability to work independently and drive AI/ML initiatives Behavioural Competencies Teamwork & LeadershipMotivation to Learn and GrowOwnershipCultural FitTechnical Competencies SnowflakeOracleDatabricksPythonSQLAngularAmazon RedshiftJenkinsAzure DevOpsAWS Data PipelineSkills
