Lead Site Specialist

Our client, a leading provider in the life sciences and healthcare industry, is seeking a Lead Site Specialist to join their team. As a Lead Site Specialist, you will be part of the Instrument and Enterprise Services division supporting the Unity Lab Services team. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Lead Site Specialist
**Location:** Norwood, MA
**Pay Range:** $30.00 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Conduct site operations in accordance with program contract terms and conditions.
+ Develop and maintain positive and professional working relationships with clients and service vendors.
+ Support compliance with regulatory guidelines specific to asset management and services programs.
+ Maintain accurate data input to the Resource Center database, including service requests and work orders.
+ Assist with the resolution of service or billing issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
+ Previous customer service experience.
+ Experience in a life science or healthcare environment preferred.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
