Job Description: Technical Lead - ServiceNow Portal Development

Location: San Francisco (SFO), CA (Onsite- 5 days a week)

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design and implementation of a modernized ServiceNow portal. The role emphasizes strong UI/UX best practices and requires collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Lead the technical design and implementation of a modernized ServiceNow portal with a focus on UI/UX best practices.Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, designers, and developers to translate business requirements into scalable portal solutions.Architecture Decisions: Drive platform architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow standards and organizational guidelines.Hands-On Leadership: Provide hands-on leadership in custom app development, widget creation, and portal configuration.Design and Performance: Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization across all portal components.Agile Support: Support agile delivery processes and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in ServiceNow portal development and technical leadership.Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and responsive design.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in driving architecture decisions and aligning with enterprise standards.Hands-on experience in custom application development and portal configuration.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize performance.Strong communication and leadership skills.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
