Job Title: Lead Service Technician
Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled Commercial Service Technicians who can deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role involves performing repairs, installations, retrofitting, and maintenance on a diverse range of equipment, including boilers, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, geothermal setups, self-contained units, pumps, CRAC units, and DDC systems.

ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality repair services for various commercial equipment.Perform installations and retrofitting tasks on equipment such as boilers, chillers, and VRF/VRV systems.Conduct maintenance activities to ensure optimal functioning of systems.Handle electrical work related to equipment installation and maintenance.Operate and troubleshoot rooftop units and other HVAC systems.Essential SkillsMechanical expertise with VRV, VRF, and DDC systems.Experience with rooftop units and commercial service operations.Proficiency in HVAC systems including air handlers, boilers, and chillers.Journeyman HVAC certification or equivalent experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsMaster License or equivalent experience of 8+ years.Competence in electrical installations and maintenance.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
