Our client, a Fortune 50 Financial Services Firm, is seeking SecDevOps Engineer, Software Engineer 4. In this role, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Woodbridge, NJ
Schedule: Hybrid, 3x on site per week
Type: Contract
Duration: 12+ Mos
Rate: Based on Experience, W2 Only (we Can not work C2C or C2H)
Candidates must be local to the Woodbridge NJ location when applying. There will be an onsite interview following a virtual round.
**What's the Job?**
+ Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
+ Review and analyze complex multi-faceted Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
+ Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring solid understanding of functions and compliance requirements.
+ Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to align on project goals.
+ Establish frameworks and best practices for seamless integration in software development processes.
**What's Needed?**
+ 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, or education.
+ 7+ years of hands-on experience establishing SecDevOps and CI/CD pipelines for enterprise solutions.
+ Experience leading and implementing enterprise & tech mandated non-functional requirements (NFR).
+ Proven ability to align on performance metrics and SLAs, building tools and frameworks for adherence.
+ Experience working closely with partners in Infosec, Infrastructure, and Operations to establish best practices.
