**Hiring Lead Restoration Technicians!** **Job Description** Lead and supervise mitigation crews on-site to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Perform water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, fire/smoke damage cleanup, and other mitigation tasks. Conduct moisture readings, environmental testing, and damage assessments. Document job progress using company software and ensure compliance with industry standards (IICRC). Communicate clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams. Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and PPE. Train and mentor junior technicians.
