We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and mission driven Radiopharmaceutical Scientist to serve as a key interface between GE HealthCare’s Molecular Imaging (MI) and Radiopharmacy (RP) product teams and our network of strategic research partners. In this role, you will support collaborators in evaluation of novel technology and advancement in GEHC RP engagement – facilitating research, designing feasibility studies, and generating evidence that supports GEHC business needs and scientific mindshare.

Roles and Responsibilities
Partner across GEHC with scientists, engineers, and product leaders to design and execute projects to support technology roadmap needs, gather customer insights, and generate data to support evidence-based value propositions for cyclotron, radiochemistry, and radiopharmacy solutions.Support experiments and pilot studies that evaluate topics such as cyclotron, targetry, and radiochemistry performance. Collect, analyze, and document qualitative and quantitative data that support product differentiation and claims.Contribute to abstracts, posters, white papers, application notes, or peer-reviewed publications.Provide structured feedback to R&D, engineering, marketing, and product management teams based on findings, customer insights, and emerging trends in radionuclide and tracer development that inform future product capabilities.Support scientific storytelling for marketing and sales enablement. Participate in customer workshops, site visits, scientific meetings, and industry conferences as a subject matter expert.Contribute to training and education materials for internal teams and external customers.Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharma Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Biology or relevantPh.D. Degree in a Radiochemetstiry, Nuclear Chemistry, Molecular imaging, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline is highly preferred2+ years of experience hands-on experience in cyclotron operation, isotope production, or radiopharmaceutical synthesis.Strong understanding of tracer development workflows, including early-phase research and translational considerations.Demonstrated ability to design experiments, interpret data, and communicate findings clearly.Willingness to travel to customer sites (typically < 30%)Desired Characteristics
Experience with PET isotope production (e.g., F-18, C-11, Ga-68, emerging radionuclides).Familiarity with automated synthesis modules, GMP considerations, and QC workflows.Prior experience working in or with academic medical centers, radiopharmacies, or industry partners.Track record of publications, conference presentations, or scientific contributions in molecular imaging or radiopharmaceutical science.Comfort working in cross-functional teams spanning R&D, product management, and commercial organizations.We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $130,000.00-$195,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
