What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering best practices and technical excellence.

Design, develop, and execute both automated and manual test suites for web, mobile, and API applications.

Oversee functional, performance, security, and usability testing to ensure robust software quality.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align testing with business and technical objectives.

Analyze and troubleshoot software defects, providing clear, actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

Drive the integration of QA processes within CI/CD pipelines, leveraging tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker.

Champion the adoption of automation frameworks and innovative testing tools to boost efficiency.

Communicate test results and quality insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of professional QA experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role.

Hands-on expertise with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Ginger, JIRA, SPOCK).

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or Unix scripting.

Strong understanding of testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and software architecture.

Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases and microservices-based applications.

Familiarity with Agile development, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Bonus points for ISTQB or CAST certifications and experience in the telecommunications industry.

Our Lead Quality Assurance, earns between $118,800.00-$178,200.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
