Lead Program Integrator
Job Description SummaryJob Description Summary We are seeking a Lead Program Integrator (LPI) with a strong software and computer science background, solid server fundamentals, and a keen interest in AI and digital products. The ideal candidate is curious about new technologies, familiar with emerging AI tools and mainstream large models, and eager to embrace and apply them in daily work.
The LPI is responsible for driving cross-functional teams to deliver on all program deliverables for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and release iterations for Healthcare Digital products, adhering to Quality Management System (QMS) standards. This role interfaces with leadership and program teams to define plans, track tasks/issues to closure, and raise risk awareness. The position reports to the Engineering Leader.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead initiatives with a focus on software integration, server-related considerations, and AI-driven solutions.Support GE Healthcare Ultrasound product localization, local innovation, and China Industry, Academic, Hospital (IAH) activities.Collaborate with business, technical, and functional partners to build project delivery roadmaps.Manage day-to-day execution of projects, working directly with global cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.Track and report on project deliverables.Follow defined execution methodologies and project management practices.Ensure quality of deliverables meets stakeholder expectations and QMS standards.Monitor project outcome realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics.Support execution teams with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies.Partner with technical and functional teams across the organization and externally to ensure timely completion of tasks.Capture lessons learned and incorporate them into future projects.Collaborate with Lead System Designers (LSDs), other LPIs, and team members to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.2–5 years of experience in managing complex, integrated software solutions.Strong foundation in server technologies and system integration.Familiarity with AI concepts, digital products, and large language models.Experience working with global teams.Proven track record using project and program management methodologies to deliver business value.

Desired Skills

Enthusiasm for new technologies and ability to integrate emerging AI tools into daily work.Change agent: ability to identify gaps and drive change across teams and functions.Background in design engineering (HW and SW).PMP, ScrumMaster, or related Project Management certifications.Healthcare industry experience.Strong problem-solving skills: ability to define problems, evaluate information, and make data-driven decisions.
