**Overview:** We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable Chief of Staff to support the Consumer Marketing leadership team. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and excels at driving alignment across teams and initiatives.
**Responsibilities:**
**Executive Support & Strategic Alignment**
+ Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure priorities are aligned and progress is tracked across key initiatives.
+ Prepare and manage leadership communications, strategic readouts, and planning sessions.
+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure consistent messaging across teams.
+ Serve as a connector across internal teams and external partners.
+ Maintain key documentation and contacts to support seamless collaboration.
**Team Operations & Culture**
+ Support people and culture initiatives including onboarding, recognition programs, and employee engagement efforts.
+ Maintain rhythm of team check-ins, pulse surveys, and informal leadership touchpoints.
+ Help foster a transparent, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
**Organizational Planning & Change Management**
+ Ownership of headcount planning, budget tracking, and resource allocation in partnership with HR and Finance.
+ Support organizational transitions and ensure continuity across evolving priorities.
**Project Coordination**
+ Provide oversight and coordination for strategic projects and cross-functional efforts.
+ Ensure timely execution and alignment with broader business goals.

**Education/Experience:** Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Our **Lead Product Marketing** earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
