Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the future of our Home Lending digital experiences across mobile and web. In this role, you will champion an outcome‑driven product strategy that simplifies the home lending journey and delivers meaningful value to millions of customers.
As a Lead Product Manager, you will own the vision, roadmap, and results for key digital experiences - leveraging deep customer understanding, competitive insights, design thinking, and data to uncover the highest‑impact opportunities. You will lead continuous discovery and iterative validation for opportunities and solutions to ensure they are viable for the business, feasible for engineering, desirable for customers, and compliant within a complex regulatory environment.
You will operate as a strategic leader who navigates ambiguity, influences executive decision‑making, and aligns diverse partners across Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and the enterprise digital ecosystem. Success requires a strong command of digital analytics, the ability to frame compelling business cases, and a passion for delivering measurable outcomes - not just features - for our customers and the business.
In this role, you will:

Lead discovery with HCD: map journeys, blueprint services, and run assumption tests to validate desirability, viability, feasibility, and usability before build.
Turn insights into decisions: instrument experiences, define success metrics, and use data and digital analytics (e.g., Adobe CJA, Glassbox) to measure impact and guide the roadmap.
Influence at the executive level: craft clear business cases, tell data‑driven stories, and drive alignment on strategic investments.
Lead across a matrix environment: partner tightly with Design, Engineering, enterprise Digital, and Legal, Risk, Compliance to ship solutions that are compliant, scalable, and customer‑centric.
Prioritize and deliver: maintain a crisp Jira backlog, balance long‑term strategy with near‑term value, and apply economic prioritization to focus teams on what matters most.
Work smarter with GenAI: accelerate research, documentation, and synthesis to increase speed and quality of decision‑making.
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:

Strategic Business Cases: Demonstrated ability to develop and justify robust business cases for strategic investments, clearly articulating ROI and alignment with enterprise goals.
Product Discovery & HCD: Mastery of Human-Centered Design (HCD) and discovery techniques—specifically customer journey maps, service blueprints, and assumption testing—to independently navigate ambiguity and validate solutions.
Digital Channel Expertise: Extensive experience managing complex web and mobile product experiences, with a deep understanding of platform-specific user behaviors and technical requirements.
Matrixed Leadership: Expertise in leading through influence within a complex environment, effectively partnering with lines of business, enterprise digital teams, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
Data-Driven Storytelling: Proficiency in using data to tell a compelling story that drives executive decision-making; experience with digital analytics (e.g., Adobe CJA, Glassbox, or equivalents) is preferred.
GenAI Utilization: Experience leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) tools to expedite the product development lifecycle, from accelerating market research and documentation to optimizing workflow efficiency.
