Team Description
Sabre is looking for a Lead Product Manager for Structured Fare Rules and Offer Servicing, who will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of product strategies for both Structured Fare Rules and Offer Servicing. This role requires a deep understanding of fare rules, offer management, and product management both from technical and business aspects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of these products.

Role and Responsibilities:
Drive product vision & strategy, business requirements documentation and analysisEnsure alignment to technology strategy throughout product life cycleManage the product profit & loss (P&L)Manage product area’s investment decisions, scope, roadmap, prioritiesUnderstand/monitor product's competitive and market landscapeConduct/attend visits, customer touch-bases, focus groups, conferencesSupport sales engineering and commercial/delivery/care teamsEngage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and requirementsBe the product's subject-matter expert (SME) for respected productsOwn, write and define scope of features (FEAs)Prioritize the backlog (product enhancements), define acceptance criteriaRepresent the product in scrum ceremonies and provide guidance to the teamAnalyze, triage and troubleshoot maintenance issuesConduct demos (internal or external, as needed)Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on fare rules, offer management, Airline technology or related travel technologies.Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.Experience in the travel industry or related sectors is highly desirable.Experience with Full-Service Carriers, Low-Cost Carriers or Travel Agencies.Knowledge of emerging trends in travel retailing and e-commerce (such as AI/ML, dynamic offers, etc.).Experience in API design is a plus.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Ownership mindset of individual and team objectives; with both tactical and strategic thinking to ensure measurable results.Ability to work independently and resolve professional, technical or operational project challenges in a creative, methodical manner.Business and technology-oriented, with a strong product and functional backgroundComfortable working in a team-oriented, highly collaborative virtual environment that is geographically distributed.Ability to successfully navigate in a multi-stakeholder environment where there are often competing priorities, goals and challenges across our diverse set of internal and external customers and partners.Excellent self-organization skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize several projects in parallel, technical or operational project challenges in a creative, methodical manner.Must have excellent written and verbal English communications skills, and be a strong public speaker comfortable presenting or demonstrating technology in front of large groups at all levels of an organization.Proficient in Microsoft Office use for presentations and written communication.Experience with software development process with Java, C++, SQL is a plusBenefits
