About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Execution Consultant to serve as a consultant within the National Branch Growth & Enablement (NBGE) organization. This role reports to the Head of Banker Tools and Efficiency and is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and execution for enterprise‑scale banker tools that power growth, efficiency, and modern customer engagement across the national branch network.
This leader will shape multi‑year product roadmaps, drive delivery of complex digital capabilities, and influence senior and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, future‑ready solutions that improve banker productivity and accelerate checking, balance, and relationship growth.
In This Role, You Will:
Support product strategy and vision for enterprise banker enablement platforms, aligning customer, banker, and business outcomes to long‑term growth objectives.Coordinate technology and product delivery efforts to ensure aligned roadmaps, timely execution, and seamless cross‑team collaboration.Lead large‑scale digital product initiatives from concept through delivery, supporting thousands of bankers and millions of customers across the national branch network.Develop and manage product roadmaps and requirements, balancing near‑term delivery with long‑term platform modernization and scalability.Partner closely with technology, digital, data, design, branch leadership, and enterprise teams to translate strategy into executable plans and delivered outcomes.Own prioritization and trade‑off decisions, leveraging data, banker feedback, and business impact to guide backlog sequencing and release planning.Lead governance and executive engagement, including steering committees, executive readouts, and decision forums to drive alignment, risk management, and timely execution.Champion adoption and change management, ensuring products are successfully embedded in banker workflows through feedback loops, training insights, and adoption metrics.Measure and communicate product performance, including banker productivity, customer engagement, balance growth, and experience outcomes to inform roadmap evolution.Serve as a thought leader on digital banker enablement, customer engagement strategy, and the application of AI‑enabled capabilities to modernize branch experiences.Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, digital transformation, or equivalent experience, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.Desired Qualifications
5+ years of digital product management or product ownership experience, leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in consumer banking, fintech, or financial services.Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in large, highly regulated, enterprise environments.Deep front‑line partnership experience, including direct engagement with branch bankers, branch leadership, or branch operations.Strong understanding of customer engagement strategy, onboarding journeys, and consumer deposit account opening flows.5+ years operating in agile or hybrid delivery models, including backlog management, sprint planning, release coordination, and prioritization trade‑offs.Demonstrated success launching digital platforms or tools that drive measurable business impact, including growth, efficiency, or experience improvements.Experience leading enterprise‑wide digital programs, including collaboration with risk, compliance, legal, and technology partners.Exposure to or leadership of AI‑enabled or next‑generation customer engagement capabilities.Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear executive‑level narratives.Proficiency with modern product and productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, Copilot, Notebook LM, and AgentSpace.Locations:

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
