Our client, a leader in automotive innovation, is seeking a dedicated Lead Product Engineer to join their team. As a Lead Product Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting automotive design and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for advancing automotive engineering, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** $49.5
**What's the Job?**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for all design-related queries, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support throughout the product development lifecycle.
+ Lead the management and coordination of process and product changes, ensuring seamless implementation while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
+ Utilize CATIA V5 software to lead all design and engineering activities, including 3D modeling, simulation, and documentation to develop innovative automotive components.
+ Apply engineering principles to design and develop automotive products that align with customer technical specifications, functional requirements, and manufacturing cost and efficiency targets.
+ Conduct thorough 3D modeling evaluations to assess the technical feasibility of proposed designs, identify potential challenges, and optimize design solutions.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in automotive product design and engineering, with demonstrated proficiency in CATIA V5 and experience with data management systems like PLM.
+ Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of guiding cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
+ Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and cost optimization strategies.
+ Ability to analyze complex technical issues critically and develop innovative engineering solutions.
