We are hiring a Preschool Teacher (ages 3-4) for our center located in the heart of O-Town West / Lake Buena Vista, serving children and families in a growing, vibrant community. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position ideal for candidates seeking a short, reliable commute and a stable, professional work environment.
Our location is convenient to Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Hunters Creek, Celebration, Horizon West, and Bay Lake.

Responsibilities
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive behavior guidance Communicate professionally and regularly with families Observe and document child development and progress Follow all Florida licensing rules, health and safety standards, and center policies Work collaboratively with leadership and classroom team members
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a licensed preschool or early childhood setting CDA or Early Education Degree Preferred DCF 45 Hours required Knowledge of early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practices Strong classroom management and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistency Must meet all Florida licensing requirements, including background screening and training Reliable transportation and ability to maintain a consistent schedule Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day
